Help Topic: You registered but you still can't post

Note that the validation of your membership is a two step process. You must first validate your own account and then wait for a manual administrator validation.

Membership validation happens in two steps:

Step 1. Member validation (you validate your own account by following the instructions in the validation email)

Step 2. Administrator validation (you wait for manual validation by the administrator)

For those who have tried to join but are having problems getting your membership fully validated please make sure you:

check your spam box for your validation email

I Signed Up for Membership - Why Can't I Post or Read Some of the Forums?

This is because membership validation happens in two steps.

You need to wait for the administrator validation of your membership.

Often it occurs within a few hours. However, it can take up to a few days. Please be patient.

Until the second step is complete you will not be able to post or access some of the forum.

Make sure you validate your own membership. The second stage only happens after you have validated your own membership.

Reminders

If you sign up, but do not validate your own account, reminders will be sent out every few days for 7 days. After that unvalidated accounts will be automatically deleted by the system. You will then have to reapply for membership.

The reason why this validation process is there is to keep the forum free of spammers.
