I really wish there were some better institutions stateside. FIT's classes are great, but the lack of interest/cancellations can be a real headache

I know someone who's in the Tailoring I Menswear course, which I took a few years ago. He says that he and a number of his classmates are interested in taking the next level, so maybe Tailoring II won't be canceled next fall. I gather that part of the problem is that some people don't want a Saturday class. The tailor who has taught it in the past prefers to teach during the day because he drives in from Long Island. He's also over 70.
