Is anyone have them on a formal jacket? Is they're worth attention? Any noticable problems with them? How they're made?

Sleeve cuffs are seldom seen on formal clothes. Most folks would stay triditional.

Cuffs usually are on sport jackets. They arte sewn on as a seperate peice, and

can be removed without any damage.

I believe I've seen Prince Charles wear one before but it's not at all the standard in America, probably in the UK.

What type of cuffs? Too bad there isn't a photo.
Victorian and early 20th century formal wear had cuffs, often with a silk binding.
It would be unusual today. I might have time to look for an image later on today.
