Hi, All:

Happy New Year. Through the blog of Kathleen Fasanella, an American pattern maker, I've learned that an Italian text, Il Modellismo Sartoriale is apparently available for download. Haven't been to the site myself, I'm very busy right now, but I thought I would pass this on, because the book was recommended in an earlier Cutter and Tailor thread.

The file is damaged and cannot be saved, which is a shame.

I'd like to know as well. I thought I downloaded it when I first posted the link, but I can't find it. The file I downloaded yesterday couldn't be opened.

I can't find the site where I downloaded it from and I already deleted it. I prefer printed matter to downloads so I buy newer books and will buy older pattern making books when I find them. There is just nothing like turning an actual paper page. Digital is good when there is no other choice but I prefer a physical book.

If you just Google for it, there are a few places which link to downloads.

There is no English version, the book is biligual both Italian and English.

I've seen it available to buy online.

This forum is not about sharing copies of books that are still available on the market.

Nishijin is right. No upload of books which still can be bought regular or in ebay from time to time.
