We need someone who has had experience in setting up MTM on the Gerber for Men's Jackets, trousers & shirts. He/She should have the relevant knowledge like grading, alterations & how to set them up in the MTM.

We have created a Library of base Patterns for our MTM program, we have in house CAD operators to operate the Gerber system.

We estimate it should take no more than 5 working days to complete after which support via correspondence will be needed up to 1 month.

We are located in Dubai.

The MTM in Gerber or pattern wizard as it's known means you have to make patterns from scratch. You cannot use existing patterns to use for MTM.

MTM is basically pattern drafting but an automated version. You program a series of points based on measurements and add variables, to these points you add grading.

Means, you still need a patternmaker with IT knowledge, sounds expensive to find such person.

Doesn't gerber offer consultants? They must surely at least be able to recommend travelling consultants?

If you have CAD operators that are already trained in Gerber why not use them to set up the pattern wizard in Gerber?

Gerber has a list of preferred service providers to help with implementation and configuration projects. They can provide you with referrals.
